Always make sure you have a good virus protection program running on your system. 7. Make frequent use of your defragmentation and disk scanning programs. 8. Whenever possible, uninstall programs you no longer use, rather than deleting them. 9. Make ample use of your system and program HELP files, in the event of any problems. 10. Never eat or drink near the surfaces you keep your mouse and keyboard.
